Accessibility Statement

Effective date: September 19, 2026

Keyboard and braille display representing accessible digital navigation.

Omni Investigations wants everyone to be able to use omniinvestigations.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The Site was rebuilt in September 2026 with that target, including:

  • Text and background colors that meet AA contrast ratios
  • A logical heading structure on every page and one H1 per page
  • Keyboard access to all navigation, forms, and controls, with visible focus indicators
  • Descriptive alternative text on images
  • Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages
  • No content that flashes, and no motion that cannot be paused
  • Text that can be resized to 200% without loss of content

Known limitations

  • The Google Map on the contact page is a third-party embed; the address is also provided as text.
  • The Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact form is provided by Cloudflare; if it does not work with your assistive technology, call us and we will take your inquiry by phone.
  • Session replay by Microsoft Clarity does not affect how the Site is presented, and you can decline it in the cookie banner.

Feedback

If any part of the Site is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it or provide the information another way. Phone (754) 777-7796, email [email protected]. We respond within five business days.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ada.gov.
